I got some old New Wave for you today courtesy of a compilation I found online called New Wave Hits of the 80s. This shit is fucking hilarious. Listen very closely to the lyrics. Its a raunchy bubble gum pop song about losing your virginity. I did some research on the song and it reportedly reached #1 on KROQ back in the early 80s, but was later banned in California because of the lyrics “Pop My Cherry.” A DJ was even fired after playing it after it was banned. WIth a backstory like that you gotta add it to your  collection.
